  • We have been visiting Florida for the past 9yrs, out of all the villas we have stayed in this has to be the best home we have lived in. The location is a quite area easy to get to from the I4 and only 15mins from the major theme parks, Very easy to visit the parks and pop back home for a dip in the pool before going out again. The hot tub was a great way to relax and unwind while the kids play in the games room. A great villa with perfect location!

  • Had a fantastic but busy holiday in Florida. Warren and Nikki's villa was a wonderful place to come home to after a day at the theme parks. The location was fantastic close to everything. The villa was immaculate and had everything we needed and more! The welcome pack was a great touch as we arrived later than we expected. We liked the villa so much we have booked again for next year.

  • Just arrived back last weekend and had to post to say what a fab time we had in Orlando and at this villa. The villa is fantastic - it's got everything you could need and is very well looked after and well presented. Would highly recommend this to anyone and the location is fantastic esp. for the Disney Parks. If we return to Orlando in the future we will certainly stay here again.

  • Warren and Nikki have made this villa really feel like a home. It is absolutely beautiful, lovely and cool to come back to after a hard day walking and having fun at the nearby parks. Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, Kennedy Space Centre are all within a very short drive. The hot tub is great while keeping an eye on the kids while they swim in the warm pool. A stones throw away from the main I-4 route and close to Publix Supermarket for a quick nip out for essentials. The villa is located on a locked complex and everywhere is kept immaculate. The games room keeps the kids amused, the guys can gas up the BBQ all while the hot tub heats up. We will definitely be booking next year. Five star accommodation for a five star holiday. We had an absolutely fantastic time - thank you.

  • Hi Nikki - Just a quick note to say a BIG thanks for the use of the Villa, description was spot on and location was good for Disney parks and a handy set of shops at Champions Gate only a couple of minutes drive. Our boys loved the pool and the games room and the house was very comfortable, clean, well equipped and very spacious. The hot tub was also good fun! We were 2 families with 4 children and it was perfect.

    You do need to replace the Newcastle shirt in the games room with a West Ham shirt though :o)

  • We have been to Florida 4 times now but we must say your holiday home took our breath away! we have stayed in hotels and villas before but 447 Kildrummy was amazing. It was fantastic to be able to drive to the Disney theme parks within 10minutes.

  • Thank you for making our first holiday to Florida be the holiday of our dreams! Our two boys could not decide what was better between seeing the Disney characters or duelling with each other in the games room with the air hockey and pool table! We were nervous with driving in America but your home is so close to the theme parks is was easy. I also think the Sanctuary was a beautiful and quiet location after the theme parks. Hope we can come again.

  • This is a large, lovely, clean and extremely well equipped comfortable home with a great pool and hot tub. It also has a great games room and is situated in a quiet gated community 10 mins from the I4. I would definitely recommend this villa to my friends.

  • Thought we would drop you a quick e-mail,we have just got back from holiday,need another two weeks to recover from the three weeks of
    doing all the parks, we also did the night shows[medieval times,pirates,etc ]any way i digress from the main subject and that is your house/villa is wow and we all really enjoyed every minute, there could not believe how quiet it was after all the noise of the parks and how correctly named the estate is! Because as soon as we turn into Mayfair Blvd the children would say lets get to our quiet sanctuary! Nice touch with the scooby doo photo, we all said we never watch that cartoon in the same light again!

  • Everything in the house was perfect and was a nice touch with the welcome pack. I have had conversations with relatives & friends,recommended your villa,also told them how to view,but seeing it for real, is something else. The villa is so big we did not even use the dining room! We all enjoyed the pool & hot tub. So we all thank so much for letting us stay at your villa and look forward to returning in the near future - It felt like home and none of us wanted to leave. You take care of yourselves
