Wonderful
villa,great layout and nice decor. Only 15 mins
from Disney. Welcome pack of essentials such as
milk, bread etc... On arrival. We travelled with
a six month old baby and found that all his needs
were catered for. High chair, cot, monitor, stroller
etc..... Would definitely stay again.

This
was our 5th trip to Orlando (3 days Cocoa beach
and 10 days Orlando) but we have vacationed in USA
many times and lived there. We loved this villa
and would return to it. Beautifully decorated but
practical too. No Glass tables or impractical furniture.
We really liked the layout. especially the Kitchen,
diner and Lounge open plan. We loved the pool area
and hot tub plenty of room to sit eat have a BBQ.
Also quite a large space if you have the child's
safety pool screen up. Although we didnt use it
our kids are older. They loved the games room as
its just off the lounge, they used it more than
other places because of its accessibility (more
sociable than other places often down a corridor
and then into the garage. Excellent location just
around corner from Champions gate. I liked the flexibilty
and fairness of Warren and Nikki as we had only
10 days there, and were billed according to that.
Also they didnt charge us extra for BBQ which some
people try and do. Very secure in gated community.

We
have just returned after two weeks in Florida and
have to say it was the best holiday we have had
there. The villa is fabulous, so much room and so
well finished with TV room, games room, hot tub
and pool. The location is perfect. You are a few
minutes from the I4 and only 15 minutes from Disney
which was great. We also found the washing machine
and dryer very handy. We could recommend the villa
to anyone and hopefully will stay there again when
we next visit Florida.

This
was our third trip to Florida and the best so far.
Weather was perfect. We didn't see a drop of rain
in 19 days! The villa was beautiful, spacious, well
equipped with everything a family would ever need
and its gated community gave you a great sense of
security. The kids loved the pool and games room.
Everything was simply perfect. Nikki and Warren
were a pleasure to deal with, extremely helpful
in every way and this too was extended by Emma from
villa management. The villa is ideally situated
for all Florida attractions with many shops and
restaurants close by and the I-4 is only a short
drive away. We would certainly recommend this beautiful
villa to our friends and family and would love to
return again in the near future.A big thank you
Nikki and Warren for everything.

Wow
what a villa! Jack (aged 10) used the games room
every day. This villa really enhanced our enjoyment
of our second trip to Florida. After the parks and
some tea we still looked forward to returning to
our villa. Although cool we used the pool but didn't
get the time to use the hot tub. we would have no
hesitation in coming back or recommending it to
our family and friends. Perhaps if we return we
could use the hot tub! After arriving in a thunderstorm
we have had fantastic weather , only 2 showers in
three weeks. Highly recommend the balloon flight,
great experience. Arabian Nights Dinner Show OK
for horse lovers. Emma (Escape to Florida Management
Company) did a good professional job and was very
amenable. Great spot and location. (P.S Shame about
the Liverpool flag! the only down side! LOL)

Just
a note to advise that our nine-week stay in your
fine villa was a rousing success. Your villa was
very spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped.
Our son’s family joined us for ten days and
our 2 year-old grand daughter found good use for
the travel crib, high chair, and stroller that you
provided, as well as the game room and toys. Although
all ten days with them were spent in the Disney
parks, we were able to use the heated pool, and
have some great movies. The Sanctuary gated community
is very attractive and quiet, and its location relative
to I-4 and Disney World are very convenient. Your
property manager, Emma, was very attentive and responsive.
We are looking forward to returning to your villa
for ten weeks in 2011.

We
have been visiting Florida for the past 9yrs, out
of all the villas we have stayed in this has to
be the best home we have lived in. The location
is a quite area easy to get to from the I4 and only
15mins from the major theme parks, Very easy to
visit the parks and pop back home for a dip in the
pool before going out again. The hot tub was a great
way to relax and unwind while the kids play in the
games room. A great villa with perfect location!

Warren
and Nikki have made this villa really feel like
a home. It is absolutely beautiful, lovely and cool
to come back to after a hard day walking and having
fun at the nearby parks. Disney, Universal, SeaWorld,
Kennedy Space Centre are all within a very short
drive. The hot tub is great while keeping an eye
on the kids while they swim in the warm pool. A
stones throw away from the main I-4 route and close
to Publix Supermarket for a quick nip out for essentials.
The villa is located on a locked complex and everywhere
is kept immaculate. The games room keeps the kids
amused, the guys can gas up the BBQ all while the
hot tub heats up. We will definitely be booking
next year. Five star accommodation for a five star
holiday. We had an absolutely fantastic time - thank
you.

Hi
Nikki - Just a quick note to say a BIG thanks for
the use of the Villa, description was spot on and
location was good for Disney parks and a handy set
of shops at Champions Gate only a couple of minutes
drive. Our boys loved the pool and the games room
and the house was very comfortable, clean, well
equipped and very spacious. The hot tub was also
good fun! We were 2 families with 4 children and
it was perfect.
You do need to replace the Newcastle shirt in the
games room with a West Ham shirt though :o)

holiday was everything we thought it would be. The
villa was so beautiful and being so close to Disney
that we still felt relaxed after the hectic days

have been to Florida 4 times now but we must say
your holiday home took our breath away! we have
stayed in hotels and villas before but 447 Kildrummy
was amazing. It was fantastic to be able to drive
to the Disney theme parks within 10minutes.

Thank
you for making our first holiday to Florida be the
holiday of our dreams! Our two boys could not decide
what was better between seeing the Disney characters
or duelling with each other in the games room with
the air hockey and pool table! We were nervous with
driving in America but your home is so close to
the theme parks is was easy. I also think the Sanctuary
was a beautiful and quiet location after the theme
parks. Hope we can come again.

This
is a large, lovely, clean and extremely well equipped
comfortable home with a great pool and hot tub.
It also has a great games room and is situated in
a quiet gated community 10 mins from the I4. I would
definitely recommend this villa to my friends.

Thought
we would drop you a quick e-mail,we have just got
back from holiday,need another two weeks to recover
from the three weeks of
doing all the parks, we also did the night shows[medieval
times,pirates,etc ]any way i digress from the main
subject and that is your house/villa is wow and
we all really enjoyed every minute, there could
not believe how quiet it was after all the noise
of the parks and how correctly named the estate
is! Because as soon as we turn into Mayfair Blvd
the children would say lets get to our quiet sanctuary!
Nice touch with the scooby doo photo, we all said
we never watch that cartoon in the same light again!

Everything
in the house was perfect and was a nice touch with
the welcome pack. I have had conversations with
relatives & friends,recommended your villa,also
told them how to view,but seeing it for real, is
something else. The villa is so big we did not even
use the dining room! We all enjoyed the pool &
hot tub. So we all thank so much for letting us
stay at your villa and look forward to returning
in the near future - It felt like home and none
of us wanted to leave. You take care of yourselves
